FirstComm offers a standard meeting facility solution for the commercial client. This budget conscious conferencing system provides the end-user with a reliable multi-media presentation system that is fully functional and expandable.
The first component of the standard package is the AMX Novara 16 button ControlPad. The Novara 1000 Series ControlPads offer simplified device control with just the right mix of ease of use, programming simplicity and cost effectiveness. The 16-button layout includes buttons for play, stop, pause, rewind and fast forward as well as DVD menu control.
A Mitsubishi XD520U projector is used to display media on a Da-Lite Advantage Electrol Motorized Screen. The Mitsubishi projector provides 3000 lumens and an impressive 2,000 to 1 contrast ratio.
FirstComm also provides a Sony DVD/VCR player for media playback purposes. The conference system’s audio is powered by a TOA BG-1030 Amplifier for playback over Bose FreeSpace DS16 Flush Mount Loudspeakers. The Bose flush mount speakers provide superior sound and sleek design to deliver an exceptional listening experience to the consumer. The standard conference system also comes with an Audio Technica Wireless microphone that easily clips on to a speaker’s shirt. This package includes the design, integration and installation of the meeting room system giving our clients a turn-key solution to their conferencing needs.
FirstComm, Inc. also provides multiple accessories to further meet the needs of our clientele. For instance, some clients may require a solution that includes sources such as digital white boards, document cameras, video tele-conferencing or multi-screen displays. Digital touch screen management systems are available as well. The AMX master system can provide full control over multiple sources and room configurations, as well as lighting, curtains or blinds, and thermostat settings. AMX Meeting Manager room scheduling software is also available for the client that wants to easily manage their Meeting room facilities.
